Website Launch

A family event was held at the Ashmolean Museum on 10th December 2005 to launch this website.

Teachers, children and parents were invited from the schools which helped create this website (Pegasus Primary School and St Mary and John Chuch of England Primary School), as well as the general general public, who were all invited to meet the Anglo-Saxons.

Anglo-Saxon re-enactors were invited to the museum to demonstrate their various skills and crafts.
